PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Borough of Saddle River will hold an in-person Special Meeting and will also change the start time of its Regular Scheduled Meeting as set forth below:
Regular Meeting – Time Change
Date: Tuesday, December 2, 2025

Purpose of Time Change:
To allocate additional time for the continuation of the public hearing on the Site Plan and Subdivision (Consolidation) and Soil Relocation Applications submitted by Toll NJ 1, LLC for properties located at:
- 167 W. Saddle River Road (Block 1603, Lot 1)
- 166 West Saddle River Road (Block 1401, Lot 24)
- 14 Algonquin Trail (Block 1603, Lot 2.01)
At this meeting, the Planning Board will also conduct its regular business.

Purpose:

- 111 East Allendale Road (Block 1402, Lot 24)
- 115 East Allendale Road (Block 1402, Lot 25)
This meeting will be fully dedicated to this application.
Formal action may be taken at both meetings.
