Planning Board - Special Meeting

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Borough of Saddle River will hold an in-person, special meeting as set forth below:

Time:  7:00 PM
Place:  Saddle River Borough Hall
                  100 East Allendale Road
                  Saddle River, New Jersey 07458

 

Purpose:   This Special Meeting is for the purpose of the Board holding a public hearing on the adoption of a proposed Fourth Round Housing Element and Fair Share Plan (HEFSP) as part of the Borough of Saddle River Master Plan.

The Planning Board will hear testimony from its planning expert and allow cross-examination, testimony, and submission of evidence by interested members of the public. Following the public hearing, the Board may take formal action by adopting the HEFSP as part of the Borough’s Master Plan.

Copies of the proposed HEFSP will be available for public inspection at the office of the Planning Board Secretary in the Saddle River Municipal Building starting June 13, 2025, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM.
