Purpose:           This Special Meeting is for the purpose of the Board holding a hearing on an Amended Preliminary and Final Site Plan Application, Soil Relocation and Consolidation (Subdivision) Applications for The Michaels Development Company I. LP.

 

This application is for a100% affordable housing development on the following properties:

 

2 Choctaw Trail Block 1601 Lot 10

3 Choctaw Trail Block 1601 Lot 11

25 E. Allendale Road Block 1601 Lot 9

1 Choctaw Trail Block 1601 Lot 10.01
