PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Borough of Saddle River will hold the following in-person meetings and will cancel its regularly scheduled November 6, 2025 Regular Meeting due to a scheduling conflict. Details are as follows:

Regular Meeting – Cancellation & Date Change

Date: Monday, November 3, 2025
Time: 6:00 PM
Place: Saddle River Borough Hall

    Saddle River, New Jersey 07458

Purpose of Meeting:
To continue the public hearing on the application submitted by Toll NJ I, LLC for properties located at 167 W. Saddle River Road (Block 1603 Lot 1), 166 West Saddle River Road (Block 1401 Lot 24), and 14 Algonquin Trail (Block 1603 Lot 2.01), Saddle River, Bergen County, New Jersey (the “Algonquin Application”). The Planning Board may also conduct its regular business. Formal action may be taken.

Note: The regularly scheduled meeting of Thursday, November 6, 2025 is CANCELLED due to a scheduling conflict.
