NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

MAYOR AND COUNCIL

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council of the Borough of Saddle River will hold a Special Meeting on Friday, April 1, 2022 at 10:00 am at Borough Hall, located at 100 East Allendale Road, Saddle River, New Jersey 07458.  The purpose of the meeting is to discuss possible hiring of special counsel.  Closed Session may be held for the purpose of discussing pending litigation in which the public body is or may become a party; any matters falling within the attorney-client privilege, to the extent that confidentiality is required in order for the attorney to exercise his ethical duties as a lawyer.   Formal action may or may not be taken. 

 

In recognition of the declared COVID-19 public health emergency, the Council is utilizing the Zoom meetings program, a cloud platform for video and audio conferencing across mobile devices, desktop computers, laptop computers and telephones, to conduct regular meetings in compliance with the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act. During the public hearing, any member of the public will have an opportunity to view the hearing in its entirety, ask questions and provide comments during the public portion of the meeting by logging in to the virtual meeting.
