NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

MAYOR AND COUNCIL

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Saddle River will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, July 28, 2022 at  5:00 pm at Borough Hall, located at 100 East Allendale Road, Saddle River, New Jersey 07458.  The purpose of the meeting is to conduct any and all borough business which may include, but not limited to, resolutions, ordinances, projects such as operational options including but not limited to the authorization of a referendum for the sale of the borough’s water infrastructure system and an introduction of a supplemental capital ordinance for the construction of a pedestrian covered bridge in Rindlaub Park, including a Resolution authorizing the acceptance of a private donation to partially finance same.  Closed Session may be held for the purpose of discussing matters related thereto.  Formal action may or may not be taken.
