PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Borough of Saddle River will hold an in-person Special Meeting and will also change the start time of its Regular Scheduled Meeting as set forth below:

Regular Meeting – Time Change
Date:  Tuesday, October 7, 2025
Time:  6:00 PM
Place:  Saddle River Borough Hall
      100 East Allendale Road
      Saddle River, New Jersey 07458

Purpose of Time Change:
To allocate additional time for the continuation of the public hearing on the application submitted by Toll NJ 1, LLC for properties located at 167 W. Saddle River Road & 14 Algonquin Trail, Saddle River, Bergen County, New Jersey | Block 1603, Lot 1 & Lot 2.01 (Algonquin Application).

At this meeting, the Planning Board will also conduct its regular business.
