Please take notice that in accordance with the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6, et. seq. and P.L.2020 Chapter 11 approved on March 20, 2020 permitting public meetings to be conducted by means of communication or other electronic equipment, and in consideration of various Executive Orders issued by the Hon. Philip D. Murphy, Governor of the State of New Jersey, including, but not limited to, Executive Orders 104 and 107 restricting public gatherings and directing New Jersey residents to stay at home, and in further consideration of the current coronavirus pandemic, the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Saddle River will hold a Special meeting on March 31, 2021 at 7:00 PM by remote video/audio conference. The meeting would otherwise have taken place in the Council Chambers of the Saddle River Municipal Building, 100 E. Allendale Rd., Saddle River, New Jersey 07458.
The remote meeting will be limited to the consideration of the adoption of a resolution memorializing action taken by the Board on February 17, 2021 with respect to the application of Holy Name Hospital Real Estate Corporation, relating to the property commonly as Villa Marie Claire, 12 W. Saddle River Rd., Saddle River, New Jersey 07458, also known as Lot 1 in Block 2002 on the tax assessment map of the Borough of Saddle River. Formal action may be taken.
The Agenda listing the matter to be considered, and related materials, will be placed on the Website of the Borough of Saddle River (www.saddleriver.org) for public inspection, and is subject to change. If a member of the public lacks the ability to access the Agenda or related materials, or otherwise encounters difficulty in accessing the Agenda or related materials, that member of the public may contact Vanessa Nienhouse, Board Secretary at 201-327-2609 or at vnienhouse@saddleriver.org to make alternate arrangements to review the agenda and related materials.
