The Saddle River Garden Club
The Saddle River Garden Club was organized April 25, 1939, "to stimulate the knowledge of gardening among amateurs; to encourage civic planting; and to aid in the protection of native trees, plants and birds." The members continue to carry on these objectives within our community. The Garden Club has established a collaborative effort with the students at Wandell School and with members of the community assisting with the gardens at The Bishop House and the Saddle River Museum.
Activities of the Club include workshops and programs on gardening, floral design, and environmental preservation. Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
New members are always welcomed.
We would like to announce our new Board Members for the 2022-2023 season.
