Saddle River Channel Cleaning
The Borough is performing select channel cleaning of the Saddle River to remove sand bars as per the NJDEP Permit received. The scope of work will include removing obstructions to flow including downed or compromised trees. This work is periodically performed to restore natural stream corridors, remove obstructions and attempt to mitigate the potential for flooding. This work will take 2-3 months.
